The opportunity
This position is located at our Cologne office requiring a minimum of three days per week. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course.
The responsibilities
- KPI reporting support
- Daily operational development and maintenance of delivery tools
- Polestar Benchmark
- Transport and Logistics
- Stock management & internal vehicle management
- Support and management of delivery projects and fleet processes

You possess growth mindset with looking at things from a positive perspective and thinking outside the box to solve them.
In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. Tenacity. Flexibility. Curiosity. The ability to take the initiative, to meet deadlines and requirements, and to abandon ideas when they're not feasible.
- Structured approach to problem solving/solution oriented thinking
- Interactive, open personality (the position will also be a link between different teams)
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
- BA/MA Studies within Business Administration or similar field
- Experience within the automotive industry helpful
- Previous internships within Operations helpful
- Fluent German
- Advanced English Skills helpful
- MS Excel/ Powerpoint/ Word
